Scheduled Services Are 100% Confirmed
Once your service frequency, day and week in rotation and time of arrival window is set in our service schedule your ongoing services are 100% confirmed. It is the customer’s responsibility to give proper notice of any change. We do not pre-call scheduled services.
Skip Scheduled Services
You can skip a scheduled service with proper notice to our office 24 hours before your scheduled service without a charge. If you skip a service, you remain on your regularly scheduled service rotation. For example, if you skip a bi-weekly cleaning then your next cleaning will be 2 weeks after your regularly scheduled service.
- Monthly Customers: Skipping a regular cleaning will result in a $50 additional charge at your next appointment, as extra effort will be required to restore your home to its usual standard.
- Bi-Weekly Customers: Skipping more than one regularly scheduled cleaning will incur a $50 additional charge at your next appointment due to the increased workload for our team.
- Weekly Customers: Skipping more than two consecutive cleanings will result in a $50 additional charge at your next appointment, as extra work will be needed to bring your home back into shape.
How to reschedule, schedule extra or separate services
We are happy to work closely with you in rescheduling, scheduling extra or scheduling separate services. By necessity this is a cooperative first come first served effort to accommodate as many customers as possible. Your location is the #1 factor that determines feasible service day. Operating a high utilization of our personnel is crucial in providing all our customers quality service. Please help us to help you by planning and calling in advance for best results.
Cancelling Services
To end weekly, bi-weekly or monthly services, we require 1 month notification. If you are unable to provide 1 month notification, you will be billed for all remaining services within the 1 month cancelation period.
Inclement Weather Policy
During inclement weather conditions, if the temperatures are warmer, we are able to get out same day. However, if the temperatures are below freezing, we will need to reschedule. We try to follow the federal governments and/or school systems for safety of our teams. Please let us know when your streets are clean and if you would like to re-schedule your cleaning service.
Payment
Payment is always due on your day of service with either personal check, business check, bank issued check arriving at our office on your day of service, or by direct bank EFT to our bank account on your day of service.
We do not send invoices for completed service.
Cleaning Equipment, Towels & Products
We provide all cleaning equipment, towels and standard cleaning products (unless you prefer we use certain products that you provide). Our vacuums are all of micro filtration design and maintained. We use professionally cleaned micro fiber and terry cloth towels and keep towels separate from bathroom and kitchen as well as from home to home.
We do not provide trash bags. Please leave your trash bags out in plain sight for our team to replace.
$120 Lock-Out Fee
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide timely skip/cancellation notice to us for any scheduled service by no later 24 hours before service. If the customer fails to do so there will be an $120 Lock-Out Fee.
Operating a high utilization of our personnel is crucial in providing all our customers quality service at a bargain price. The $120 Lock-Out Fee offsets our higher direct expense of committing and dispatching personnel for each scheduled service, and therefore having to pay them whereas they may not have otherwise been working that day. It is relevant to note that other residential cleaning services do not pay their personnel in such an event whereby penalizing their personnel for something that is not their responsibility.
Key Security
Five layers: keys are numbered, bear no other identifier, are logged out and in per day, are secured within in our office and additionally within a specifically designed key safe.

- Field work is performed Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.
- Office hours are Monday through Friday 9 AM to 4 PM.

- Trash Cans emptied into your outbound garbage collection receptacle(s). Place your replacement trash bags on the kitchen counter the day of service, team members will not replace trash bags if they are not visible.
