Scheduled Services Are 100% Confirmed

Once your service frequency, day and week in rotation and time of arrival window is set in our service schedule your ongoing services are 100% confirmed. It is the customer’s responsibility to give proper notice of any change. We do not pre-call scheduled services.

Skips/Cancelations

You can skip/cancel a scheduled service with proper notice to our office by no later than noon the previous business day without charge or effect to your per service rate up to 8 times per calendar year for a Weekly customer or 4 for a Bi-weekly customer; beyond that reconsideration of your actual service frequency and therefore actual average per service time requirement can affect your per service rate.

How to rescheduleschedule extra or separate services

We are happy to work closely with you in rescheduling, scheduling extra or scheduling separate services. By necessity this is a cooperative first come first served effort to accommodate as many customers as possible. Your location is the #1 factor that determines feasible service day. Operating a high utilization of our personnel is crucial in providing all our customers quality service. Please help us to help you by planning and calling in advance for best results.

Payment

Due on your day of service with either personal check, business check, bank issued check arriving at our office on your day of service or by direct bank EFT to our bank account on your day of service. We also accept payments via Zelle, learn more here.

Cleaning Equipment, Towels & Products

We provide all cleaning equipment, towels and standard cleaning products (unless you prefer we use certain products that you provide). Our vacuums are all of micro filtration design and maintained. We use professionally cleaned micro fiber and terry cloth towels and keep towels separate from bathroom and kitchen as well as from home to home. Please leave your trash bags out in plain sight for our team to replace.

$90 Lock-Out Fee

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide timely skip/cancellation notice to us for any scheduled service by no later than noon on the previous business day. If the customer fails to do so there will be an $90 Lock-Out Fee. Operating a high utilization of our personnel is crucial in providing all our customers Quality Service at a Bargain Price. The $90 Lock-Out Fee offsets our higher direct expense of committing and dispatching personnel for each scheduled service and therefore having to pay them whereas they may not have otherwise been working that day. It is relevant to note that other residential cleaning services do not pay their personnel in such an event whereby penalizing their personnel for something that is not their responsibility.

Key Security 

Five layers: keys are numbered, bear no other identifier, are logged out and in per day, are secured within in our office and additionally within a specifically designed key safe.

  • Memorial Day (last Monday of May)
  • Labor Day (first Monday of September)
  • Thanksgiving Day (fourth Thursday of November, we do work on the Friday) 

3 possible if it occurs Monday–Friday

  • New Year’s Day (January 1st)
  • Independence Day (July 4th)
  • Christmas Day (December 25th)

Hours of Operation

  • Field work is performed Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.
  • Office hours are Monday through Friday 9 AM to 4 PM.

ALL Rooms, Hallways, Foyers, etc…

  • Ceilings/Ledges/Walls dry wiped for cob webs as accessible
  • Light Fixtures & Ceiling Fans wiped as accessible and applicable. Turn off your ceiling fan blades the morning of your service day
  • HVAC Vents vacuumed and/or wiped as accessible
  • Window Treatments & Sills vacuumed and/or wiped as accessible and applicable
  • Surface Tops & Shelving wiped as accessible including a minimal # items removed, wiped and replaced
  • Bookcases vacuumed and/or wiped as accessible and applicable including a minimal # items removed, wiped and replaced
  • Mirrors Stationary & Hanging cleaned as accessible
  • Cabinets/Dressers/etc. Exteriors, Interior Doors & Doorframes, their hardware, and Switch Plates wiped as accessible and applicable
  • Fixtures/Hangings/Framings on walls/cabinets/vanities/etc. wiped as accessible and applicable
  • Desks wiped as accessible and applicable including a minimal # items removed, wiped and replaced
  • Desk Chairs removed, wiped as accessible and applicable, and replaced
  • Electronics/Computer equipment & peripherals dry wiped with ‘electrostatic dusters’
  • Chairs, Couches, etc. wiped and/or vacuumed as accessible and applicable including cushions removed, ‘fluffed’ and replaced
  • Trash Cans emptied into your outbound garbage collection receptacle(s). Store your replacement trash bags in each can under the trash bag in use.
  • Closet Floors vacuumed and scrubbed/cleaned/disinfected as accessible and applicable
  • Baseboards vacuumed and/or dry wiped as accessible (damp wiped only if semi-gloss paint)
  • Flooring vacuumed and scrubbed/cleaned/disinfected as accessible and applicable including a minimal # of lightweight items removed, wiped and replaced
  • Louvered Doors vacuumed and/or wiped as accessible and applicable
  • Sliding Glass Doors cleaned inside as accessible
  • Main Entry Door & Storm Door cleaned inside and outside as accessible and applicable

Additional Bathroom, Kitchen, Laundry Room, Bedroom specifics

  • Bathroom Moisture Exhaust Vents vacuumed and/or wiped as accessible and applicable
  • Bathroom Walls spot-removal dry wiped as accessible (damp wiped only if painted in semi-gloss)
  • Bathroom Towels changed when replacements are left out
  • Bathroom Sinks/Vanities scrubbed/cleaned and disinfected as accessible and applicable including a minimal # items removed, wiped and replaced
  • Bathroom Tub/Shower scrubbed/cleaned and disinfected including stall doors/closures and all wet-surfaces as accessible and applicable including a minimal # items removed, wiped and replaced
  • Toilets scrubbed/cleaned and disinfected as accessible and applicable
  • Kitchen Walls spot-removal dry wiped as accessible (damp wiped only if painted in semi-gloss)
  • Kitchen Sinks & Counters scrubbed/cleaned and disinfected as accessible and applicable including a minimal # items removed, wiped and replaced (Note: washing and/or removing dishes, etc. from kitchen sinks and replacing them or placing them in a dishwasher are not included services)
  • Kitchen Microwave exterior and interior cleaned as accessible and applicable
  • Kitchen Small Appliance Exteriors a minimal # of small kitchen appliances removed, wiped and replaced
  • Kitchen & Laundry Room Large Appliance Exteriors wiped as accessible and applicable
  • Kitchen & Laundry Room Tables wiped as accessible and applicable
  • Kitchen & Laundry Room Chairs removed, wiped as applicable and replaced
  • Bed Linens changed when bed is stripped and replacements are left out (if included in your service rate)

Separate Service Available

  • Wet Cleaning light fixtures, framed pictures, hangings/framings/etc. on surface tops/walls/cabinets/etc.
  • Window Panes & Frames interiors and exteriors cleaned depending on accessibility
  • Refrigerators/Freezers Interiors damp wiped after you defrost and empty to less than half capacity
  • Oven Interiors using your cleaning solution after you preheat/clean the oven interior
