We have consistently provided professional, quality cleaning services for our customers since 1995. We are licensed, bonded and insured. We provide all cleaning equipment, towels and standard cleaning products. Our vacuums are all of micro filtration design. We use professionally cleaned micro fiber and terry cloth towels. Our personnel are uniformed, experienced and supervised.

We service Weekly, Bi-weekly, and Monthly customers. As a result we operate a very stable service schedule that provides our customers an ongoing cleaner home at a lower per service rate while retaining reliable personnel who consistently deliver our Quality Service at a Bargain Price. We start with our “Top to Bottom, By Hand Cleaning Checklist” then customize each customer’s service to fulfill their evolving needs.

Ceilings/Ledges/Walls dry wiped for cob webs as accessible
Light Fixtures & Ceiling Fans wiped as accessible and applicable
HVAC Vents vacuumed and/or wiped as accessible
Window Treatments & Sills vacuumed and/or wiped as accessible and applicable
Surface Tops & Shelving wiped as accessible including a minimal # items removed, wiped and replaced
Bookcases vacuumed and/or wiped as accessible and applicable including a minimal # items removed, wiped and replaced
Mirrors Stationary & Hanging cleaned as accessible
Cabinets/Dressers/etc. Exteriors, Interior Doors & Doorframes, their hardware, and Switch Plates wiped as accessible and applicable
Fixtures/Hangings/Framings on walls/cabinets/vanities/etc. wiped as accessible and applicable
Desks wiped as accessible and applicable including a minimal # items removed, wiped and replaced
Desk Chairs removed, wiped as accessible and applicable, and replaced
Electronics/Computer equipment & peripherals dry wiped with ‘electrostatic dusters’
Chairs, Couches, etc. wiped and/or vacuumed as accessible and applicable including cushions removed, ‘fluffed’ and replaced
Trash Cans emptied into your outbound garbage collection receptacle(s)*
Closet Floors vacuumed and scrubbed/cleaned/disinfected as accessible and applicable
Baseboards vacuumed and/or dry wiped as accessible (damp wiped only if semi-gloss paint)
Flooring vacuumed and scrubbed/cleaned/disinfected as accessible and applicable including a minimal # of lightweight items removed, wiped and replaced
Louvered Doors vacuumed and/or wiped as accessible and applicable
Sliding Glass Doors cleaned inside as accessible
Main Entry Door & Storm Door cleaned inside and outside as accessible and applicable

Kitchen Small Appliance Exteriors a minimal # of small kitchen appliances removed, wiped and replaced
Kitchen & Laundry Room Large Appliance Exteriors wiped as accessible and applicable
Kitchen & Laundry Room Tables wiped as accessible and applicable
Kitchen & Laundry Room Chairs removed, wiped as applicable and replaced
Bed Linens changed when bed is stripped and replacements are left out (if included in your service rate)

Wet Cleaning: light fixtures, framed pictures, hangings/framings/etc. on surface tops/walls/cabinets/etc.
Window Panes & Frames: interiors and exteriors cleaned depending on accessibility
Refrigerators/Freezers Interiors: damp wiped after you defrost and empty to less than half capacity
Oven Interiors: using your cleaning solution after you preheat/clean the oven interior
