- All woodwork, moldings, trim, doors, vent covers, and baseboards wiped and free of dirt, dust
- Ceiling Fans dusted
- All air vent registers wiped and free of dust
- Kitchen cabinets, shelves, drawers, and counter tops cleaned inside and outside, and any shelf liner you installed removed
- Clean refrigerators/freezers inside and outside*
- Stoves, ovens, and cooktops cleaned outside. Interior oven cleaning.*
- Microwaves cleaned inside and outside.
- Dishwashers are run with a cleaning disk inside, outside is cleaned and wiped down, especially the inside lip of the door

- All sinks, faucets, and garbage disposals washed out and wiped clean
- Kitchen walls and floors washed, free of food stains, dust, dirt, and grease
- All bathrooms sanitized; wash all bathroom floors and walls wiped cleaned. Grout and chalking mold are the responsibility of the customers
- All tubs, showers, sinks, and toilets cleaned, disinfected, and free of soap scum and cleanser residues
- All medicine chests, vanities, and drawers cleaned inside and out, and shelf liners removed
- Basements cleaned depending on need, laundry and utility rooms dusted, broom sweep or vacuumed free of dirt, cobwebs, and debris. Especially in-between ceiling beams of unfinished ceilings. Laundry room sinks cleaned.
- Washing machine wiped down and free of soap residue
- Dryer wiped down and free of lint
